For Rapid Insights, the research and analysis segment is timeboxed to two days. We’ll decide the right approach together during your scoping session.

Rapid Insights is specifically designed to be concise and targeted, so you get new, evidence-based insights you can put to use swiftly.
If you’ve got a bigger project in mind, we can discuss this in our exploratory call to make sure the approach is right for you. I do also offer stacked Rapid Insights projects (a series where each one focuses on one specific strand around a bigger theme) as well as the option to bolt on additional research days – or create something completely bespoke.

Each session lasts 90 minutes and takes place by Zoom. We’ll agree a time that works for both our diaries.

Rapid Insights is designed to be focused and fast.
From the scoping session to final strategy call – and including creation of your publishable Rapid Research Report - the process typically takes 4 to 5 weeks (depending on your availability and the research approach we decide on).
The research sprint itself is timeboxed to take up to 2 days, so it stays sharp and manageable – but this can be split across multiple days as appropriate to the approach for your project.
